What is The Learning Lab?
About The Learning Lab Inclusive Education Services
The Learning Lab was created and developed by a teacher who witnessed firsthand the struggles some children faced in education; recognising that the “one size fits all” approach did not work, she set out to create a safe, nurturing space where children could grow both academically and emotionally.
The Learning Lab provides inclusive education and wellbeing support for primary-aged children and young people. We offer tailored 1:1 learning and wellbeing sessions available during the day and in the evening to suit family needs, and small group sessions that foster peer interaction while delivering targeted teaching. For children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who are unable to attend school, we provide funded places to ensure continued access to learning and support.
Our programme also includes regular social events for home-educated children and young people, creating safe opportunities for social development and community connection. Coming soon is Wellbeing Wonders, a new group designed to promote emotional resilience, wellbeing skills and positive peer relationships.
All provision is designed to be personalised, child-centred and inclusive, supporting learning, wellbeing and social development in flexible and supportive settings.Details about social events for home‑educated children and young people
